Italy resort rentals

We had an exceptional stay at this beautifully restored country home. The setting is peaceful with great views, and the hot tub, new pool, sauna, and tennis court made it perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The house was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen and dining area ideal for group meals. A highlight was the pasta-making lesson Antonio arranged with a local expert—using the traditional chitarra was unforgettable.The location is ideal for exploring Abruzzo’s mountains, coast, and hill towns. Antonio was a responsive and thoughtful host, even offering wine suggestions while traveling abroad. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend this place for an authentic, memorable experience in Abruzzo.

Quiet setting and very beautiful

We had a wonderful stay! There is a spectacular pool outside the front door and the most beautiful beach a bike ride away. A few restaurants onsite the premises are extremely reasonable and surprisingly good. We personally had difficulty getting the AC to work very well so we did have some mosquitos in the room, but there is no way to avoid that in Italy and the place itself is perfect for a family vacation. Our daughter loved the bunk beds too, and the host was SO kind - leaving us a welcome gift, free use of bicycles, and even giving us a late checkout on the day of departure. Note for your GPS, however, that the address is for "Marina di Pisticci" and not "Pisticci" because this one is by the water and the latter is not! Thank you to our host for a terrific stay, and we think others will have just as great of an experience as we did!

Villa Nemora exceeded our expectations on all fronts. It was a truly amazing place and experience. Giulia and Leone are outstanding hosts. We had a party of 40 people for 4 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday and Villa Nemora made it a truly special occasion. The villas are wonderful - huge amounts of well appointed space with private bathrooms for almost every bedroom, loads of flexibility for families and friends. The AC worked well in most rooms which was crucial in the July heat. The common spaces are gorgeous and we were able to have different events/meals at different beautiful locations so everyday felt ‘new’. They helped us arrange golf and wine tasting for the group. A pizza party with a great DJ and lights. A more formal, multi-course dinner. BBQ dinner. A lovely brunch. Nice breakfast. I was expecting (hoping for) the food to be good, but it was all wonderful. The cooking class on site (for ~30 people) was so fun! We made pasta and everyone was involved. We also had a couple of unexpected medical issues that Leone and Giulia were amazing to help us with. Including arranging ambulance, liaising with the A&E at the hospital and driving 35 minutes each way just to check in and bring us a nice lunch as we were at the hospital for a while. Way over and above what was expected, and just very genuine and caring. I can’t recommend Villa Nemora enough. You can trust that Giulia and Leone will look after everything and everyone for a fabulous experience.

We loved Taormina and our stay at Terra Rossa. The property is beautiful and in the perfect location. You can walk up to the town and down to the beach. We did not need a car. It’s a lot of walking but great exercise. We loved our apartment, the decor is nice and the layout was perfect for our family of 5. Constance and Giovanni were wonderful hosts. They were so helpful with our trip. Having the option to have breakfast at the resort was a plus. We can’t wait to go back! .

The place is really nice and situated in a great location. It’s nice walk down the hill to the beach or up the hill to the town center. Francesco is a beautiful soul and there for you if you need anything. I would not hesitate to book this location :-).

Great apartments in a beautiful villa on top of the mountain town of Vergne surrounded by vineyards with beautiful views of surrounding mountains and the Italian Alps in the distance. A few Km from great wineries, although they make there own wine which was great. Marina and her family could not have been better hosts. Our family did her Italian cooking school and the kids loved it and we had a huge feast afterwards. We will definitely go back.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was very family friendly and dog friendly. The location was fantastic and the host was so friendly and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to the Lake Como area.
